A cancellation fee of up to 20% of the quoted service price may apply for late cancellations or no-shows.

5. Liability

A-Vac Septic is not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing issues, faulty systems, or conditions outside our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring access to septic systems, including removing obstacles, vehicles, or debris.

6. Warranties

Workmanship warranties, if applicable, will be provided in writing.
No implied warranties extend beyond the description of the services provided.
